Alhamdulillah our persistent efforts after a few initial set backs have been rewarded by Allah SWT and we have now received the City Council Resource Consent Grant. It has a few conditions that will tend to increase our fund raising target but I am sure that through the help of you brothers and sisters Allah SWT will make their implementation easy for us.
We are still short of $40,000 from our initial target of $150,000 and hoping and praying that the bulk of this gap will be met by a grant from FIANZ. As we have so far collected a little over $110,000 through individual contributions we are continuing to request brothers and sisters in New Zealand and overseas for their help too.
